Sell event tickets as products on your Shopify store. Configure the event and its booking rules in Ticket Spot, let customers pay through Shopify checkout, and manage their tickets and attendance in Ticket Spot.

Sell your first tickets

Start with the Shopify quickstart. It takes you from app installation to a verified order and delivered ticket:
  1. Connect your store and create the event.
  2. Publish its Shopify product and configure the ticket-selection flow.
  3. Set up ticket access, then complete a storefront purchase.
  4. Verify the attendee record and confirmation before sharing the event.
For paid Shopify product purchases, configure payments in Shopify. Ticket Spot’s Get Paid connections apply to other checkout routes; see payment workflows. Already connected? Open the correct store in Ticket Spot and choose the task below.

Set up your storefront

The Event Widget lists events. The Ticket Selector handles booking on an event product. Ticket Access shows tickets after payment. Choose the block for the part of the customer journey you are setting up.

Offer the booking options your event needs

These guides build on the Ticket Selector setup. Each feature’s guide explains its requirements and purchase checks; use the shared event-type guides to plan the event itself.
