Use Retreat for one experience spanning several days. The default Retreat Pass covers the overall stay; unlike Festival and Conference, a full-pass retreat does not automatically create independently bookable day records.

Template starting point

These are editable suggestions, not recommended prices or venue limits. Replace the dates, price, and capacity with your own. See how onboarding works.

Choose the onboarding answers

Open Create Event in the selected workspace.
  1. Select Retreat, name it, and replace the suggested three-day range with the actual Several days start and end.
  2. Keep Paid tickets and Full event pass when the booking covers the whole retreat. Set the actual price and capacity instead of accepting the suggested 30 places.
  3. Choose Continue later to finish the registration form, package details, and any installment schedule in draft.
Create my event may publish immediately when the requirements are met. Use Continue later to finish setup as a draft. Review any plan or publishing message before sharing the event.

Full stay, day visits, and accommodation choices

Choose day passes only if you actually sell separate retreat days; that selection creates the corresponding day records and custom tickets. The multi-day guide explains the available pass models. A room-choice question records a preference, not lodging inventory. Configure a ticket offer with the appropriate quantity if you sell a limited package. An installment schedule does not automatically charge later payments on their due dates. An organizer initiates collection using the attendee’s installment controls; explain the agreed payment schedule clearly.

Check the attendee experience

  • Check the full stay’s arrival/departure dates and what the pass includes.
  • Submit participant information and verify answers on the attendee record.
  • For installments, verify the deposit, later amounts, due offsets, and payment agreement in checkout.
Review the event’s saved status and publish/share controls when it is ready. Return to all event types to compare starting points.
