Use Wine Tour when guests reserve a place on a scheduled tour or tasting. The template starts with time selection; it does not assign guests a numbered seat or create a winery itinerary.

Template starting point

These are editable suggestions, not recommended prices or venue limits. Replace the dates, price, and capacity with your own. See how onboarding works.

Choose the onboarding answers

Open Create Event in the selected workspace.
  1. Choose Wine Tour on What are you hosting?, then name your tour.
  2. On When does it happen?, replace the suggested date. Leave Do attendees choose a time? → Yes on, edit the first session, and add the departure times you actually offer. The initial slot is 09:00–10:00.
  3. On How do people get tickets?, keep Paid tickets, rename Adult Ticket if needed, and replace the suggested price and 20-person capacity.
Create my event may publish immediately when the requirements are met. Use Continue later to finish setup as a draft. Review any plan or publishing message before sharing the event.

One booking is for the selected departure

A time-slot booking is not automatically a pass for every tour that day. Describe the included experience on the ticket. For admission across multiple visits, configure a separate membership. To sell through Shopify, install the Ticket Selector so buyers can choose a date and departure time.

Check the attendee experience

  • Compare two departures: the chosen date and time must appear in the booking summary.
  • Check the capacity and available ticket quantities for each departure, including a sold-out session.
  • Review the reminder and test the ticket against the intended check-in window.
Review the event’s saved status and publish/share controls when it is ready. Return to all event types to compare starting points.
