Start with your team and one successful ticket scan. Then prepare any offline, box-office, printing, or kiosk workflows your event needs.

Before guests arrive

  1. Invite your team and assign the role each person needs. Confirm they can open the correct site and event.
  2. Install the mobile app, sign in, and select the intended occurrence. Check device connectivity and camera access.
  3. Review site check-in settings so staff understand whether a scan admits one attendee or eligible attendees in an order.
  4. Scan a test ticket and review its recorded result. Use a booking reserved for testing because a successful scan records admission.
  5. If connectivity may drop, download attendees on each device and plan how staff will handle unknown tickets and synchronization.
Offline devices cannot immediately share scans. Follow the offline guide’s limitations for duplicate entry, re-entry, time restrictions, memberships, and checkpoints.

Choose your on-site tools

Each tool has its own prerequisites. Complete its test before event day, including payment and ticket delivery where applicable.

During and after the event

Use attendee details on mobile to resolve a booking question. Reconnect offline devices and confirm queued scans have synchronized, reviewing any rejected uploads. Review attendance reports and export attendee, check-in, or financial data for the intended event and occurrence. For a guest who cannot find their ticket, use delivery troubleshooting.
